By accessing or using the services of HRWeb Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”), including our HRIS platform, website, and related applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

Our services are intended for business and employment-related purposes only. You agree not to misuse, copy, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems, accounts, or data.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Employers and administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
4. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant us the right to process, store, and transmit such data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
5. Data Privacy Compliance
